Meet Robert Ricciardelli
Robert is the regional director for Escalon, the largest essential business outsourcing company in the country. They serve nonprofits and small organizations with cost reducing outsourced Accounting & HR, while providing fractional CFO’s, Controller’s, accountants, and HR business partners. He enjoys delivering successful solutions to the early-stage businesses he engages with.
He has enjoyed a successful career of more than 30 years of executive coaching, consulting, sales and management for fortune 200 companies. He has coached and trained leaders by traveling to more than 17 countries, while virtually training others in several other countries. Robert has an ability to serve his clients and their organizations at a heart level that includes both the emotional and pragmatic necessities for success. He lives as a spiritually inclusive coach, guiding others towards truth while flourishing in their personal and business lives.

Rob’s parents were born and raised in southern Italy, and he and his 6 siblings are first generation Italians raised in the United States. This is a big reason why he is passionate regarding diversity and inclusion, and is a constant message through his life, thus the Converging Zone!
Rob lives in Bothell, a suburb of Seattle WA. He is married to Joyce, and they enjoy their two sons and three grandchildren. He enjoys community, and loves connecting with others, including a global reach of more than 30,000 LinkedIn business connections. He is a huge Seattle sports fan, awaiting the day for the NBA Supersonics to return to Seattle.
